Under the Submitted Requests section below, you will see a list of all requests you have submitted through this website for last known address information from DMV's License File or Registration File in the order in which they were submitted. You can review any request listed by clicking on a driver's name in the list.
Processing policy: Please check back for a response from DMV 24 hours after submitting your request. DMV will try to process your request for last known address in a timely manner. All requests are processed Monday through Friday only.
Refund policy: A $20.00 fee is charged for researching each record that is requested from DMV. If no record is found, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Under the Processed Request section, you will see a list of your requests that DMV has processed. Clicking on the driver's name will open a new window with DMV's response to your request.
